Means to Exercise ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition):

• Cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the stated purposes and,

• Oppose the processing of your data for specific purposes.

To exercise your ARCO rights, you must send a written request to the following email address: datosprotegidos@astros.com.mx or go directly to the address indicated at the beginning, with the following information:

• Full name of the interested party;

• Copy of your personal ID;

• Brief and clear description of which right you intend to exercise and the reasons for it and,

• Place of residence or preferred way to receive response to your petition.

The deadline for receiving a response will be as established in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law, counting from the date we receive your complete and duly completed request.

The responsible of handling personal data implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
