Session's Rules

In order to provide you with an optimal service that meets your expectations, we ask that you adhere to the following rules at all times, which the interpreter will also comply with at all times.

• Be polite, respect the other party, as much as he will respect you. Use appropriate language at all times;

• Keep your camera on at all times;

• Respect the time of the other party as much as he will respect yours. Sessions have a previously determined time range that has to be respected;

• We guarantee the confidentiality of your session, sessions are not recorded and nothing of what transpires within shall be disclosed in any shape, form or manner;

• Al subjects discussed within the session have to abide by the law at all times, we shall refuse any advice on issues that could be considered illegal;

• Sessions can be carried out either in Spanish or English. Prices may vary for sessions in English as we are not native English speakers, notwithstanding the above we provide you with an excellent service in English for your convenience;

• Be sure that you have good internet connectivity and a comfortable space around you to attend the session, so you will not be interrupted;

• If by any situation not caused by you your session is interrupted before being concluded we shall compensate the remaining time as agenda permits for both parties;

• Dress properly and be on time. The session is considered to have begun the moment our interpreter connects to the session;

• Please only the microphone of the speaking party shall be enabled, the other partiy's microphone shall be off when not speaking;

• Under no circumstances should you share banking or financial information of any kind during the session. We will never ask for such information. Therefore, the sessions must be settled in advance. Specific financial aspects between the interested party and the interpreter should not be discussed during the sessions.

• In the event of noncompliance with the above guidelines, we reserve the right, without liability, to terminate the session immediately and without refund of any amounts paid by the interested party for said session.
