Refund Policy

You can cancel your appointment by sending an email to contacto@astros.com.mx. We will consider the cancellation date to be the date we receive your email in our inbox.

In case of cancellation the following refund percentages shall apply (all time schedules are Mexico Central Time):

• 100% if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session;

• 50% if you cancel at any moment between 24 and 48 hours before the session;

• 20% if you cancel at any moment between 24 and 3 hours before the session and,

• 0% if you cancel within 3 hours from the appointed session.

We will issue the refund within a maximum of 15 business days to the bank transfer information you provided in the email you used to cancel your appointment. If we don't have bank details to process the refund, we will be unable to process it without liability. In most cases, you should not be charged any fees for the refund.

We reserve the right to reject any refund request outside the above-mentioned cancellation timeframes to the appointment time. We also will not cancel the appointment if we do not receive an email notification from you.
